Default Ideal notebook for running OSX 10.5?

I almost purchased a MBP today, but something told me to hold off...

I'm new to the hackintosh community so I don't know too much about porting OSX to non-apple hardware, please bare with me...

Is there an ideal notebook for running OSX 10.5? I've noticed a lot of recommendations for the Dell netbooks, but I'm looking for something a more powerful.

    Thanks for you help.

No specific recommendations of models that work better than others? I had a look at the list but it didn't seem to rate any above others.

Did you even read? theres no rates, they just show you what works... if any of them say, all works... then you can rate them yourself by the hardware and price

Um yes, I did read it. None of them say "all works...". I already told you I was new to this.

Can you (or anyone) just recommend a couple of machines (notebooks) you think work better than others? Thanks.
