    I have iATKOS v1.0i downloaded and burnt on a DVD and a 7GB partition for OSX.

    Can I install OSX?
    If yes, how? I don't want to mess with the bios, really.
    I found this article. Is it any good?

    Thanks, in advance, for your help.

    I'd say you can install it, at least with some functionality, you'll probably have to get a driver for the video card.... maybe X:. Dunno, I'm kinda new.

    Anyway, You're going to have to go into your bios so that you can change what you computer boots from first. You have to change that to your CD/DVD drive, otherwise your computer will just boot into windows everytime. Then go through the installer. Is your partition in a format that is compatible with OSX? I used iDeneb and it allowed me to make a partition and the install on it. If you already have a partition made you should be able to install on it. When installing it should ask you where you want to install OSX. If no place shows up, that's probably because the partition is not formatted in an acceptable format and you will have to fix that. Give it a try anyway, it's not going to delete anything without your permission so don't worry. It usually asks twice even when it comes to deleting your drive, so don't worry. You've got nothing to lose by checking that first, so go for it!

    P.S. I haven't read the article, but I would imagine it's fine. Looks reliable.

    Okay so;
    1) I tried iATKOS v1.0i. After installation, I just get a blinking cursor on a black screen and nothing starts up.
    2) I tried iATKOS v5i. After several installations OSX finally boots up and it asks to connect a keyboard, so I literally get stuck right there. (I'm on a laptop. I don't have a keyboard)

    3) I'm gonna try Leo4all, Kalyway & iDeneb.

    Any thoughts?

    I used iDeneb when I installed on my laptop. It works fine so far other than the wireless card and the USB ports. I imagine I can get those working though. I'm sort of new, so I just don't know how yet. So, yeah, I imagine if it worked on my laptop, it will most likely work for your as well, at least for the keyboard.

    I did try iATKOS v5i. No luck.
    It did boot up though, but it asked to connect a keyboard.

    If your wireless is the Intel 3945abg then no, the driver is still under development. Only solution is a USB wireless dongle.

    I'm not sure about the USB ports, though. But I don't think that's a problem.
