Great combo, I dont think the monitor will be a problem, check netkas site to know how to install your video, and google abit to get some guides for your mobo, I recommend you to install retail and good luck ;D

thanks. I have changed up some stuff. I went to frys and looked at the monitor first hand and was not impressed. So they had a LG that was $70 more. I am going to be using this for graphic design so I figured I could splurge a bit more for a better monitor. I have also been thinking about switching the processor with a E8400.
I have googled the hell out of everything and it seems it should be a easy hack. I installed OSX on my wifes Dell 1525 everything works but the HDMI out. I also installed on my Dell 6000 can not get the video to work (X300) or WL.
Now I just need to wait and see if the EDD will allow me to go back to school.
