Audio: Sigmatel 9274D
LAN: Intel 82566DC Gigabit Ethernet Controller
I do not know what is going on but I have tried installing the kexts for both of these and it does not seem to work.

I tried different methods of installing the kext.
I even modified the IOPCI in the kext and no luck.
Any other suggestions?

Your DX48BT2
I know your posting was a long time ago, but if you never figured it out, to get the audio working you need to get STAC9274D, and in the bios you have to turn on the marvell secondary sata controller (i dont think it matters if you choose ide or raid). Without the secondary sata enabled it will say it works but no sound comes out.
your ethernet is Intel82566MM.kext, if it doesn't work right off the bat make sure you dont have any other ethernet kexts installed
My system is a Q9550, DX48BT2, 8GB 1333 Patriot Viper, 1GB 8800GT running 10.5.8 - anyone else with a DX48BT2 feel free to ask me if you have problems
