    Default Hardware Support!

Hey all, I am new to the forum so please don't give me the 3rd degree. :p I have been searching the net for some good information on getting the Mac to work on different hardware. My buddies and I have decided to try to get Mac0s working on our laptops and have had minimal success. We all have the same laptop with the same specs and would love for some developers to check into getting the hardware to work correct. The laptops are dv9500's. The web cam surprisingly works out of the box and also the Ethernet card. Our trouble is with the wifi drivers and sound. Like I said I am a bit new to this forum and not sure if anyone is working on this project. I have came across a site that is working on the 4965 agn drivers for intel, but looks like they have not made much progress. Here is a list of specs - maybe someone can lead us in the right direction for getting our hardware to work.

    HP Pavilion dv9500t CTO NB
    - Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo processor T7700 (2.40 GHz, 4 MB L2 Cache, 800MHz FSB)
    - 17.0" WSXGA+ High-Definition HP BrightView Widescreen Display (1680 x 1050)
    - 511MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GS
    - HP Imprint (Radiance) + Fingerprint Reader + Webcam + Microphone
    - Intel(R) PRO/Wireless 4965AGN Network Connection
    - 240GB 7200RPM SATA Dual Hard Drive (120GB x 2)
-LightScribe SuperMulti 8X DVD+/-RW with Double Layer Support!!
    - High Capacity 8 Cell Lithium Ion Battery

Also, if anyone can lead me in the right direction to developing drivers my self, I would appreciate it. I am not a total novice when it comes to programming. I have a little php and java script experience. That is about it - but I am willing to check into helping with the development of drivers if I can.

    Thanks
