I only flashed the BIOS with the Mod for my MSI Neo2 FI/R from http://osrom.net/biosmod.
Didn´t find a ?XD-Feature? in my BIOS

Did not tested any kernel options in Darwin yet...

I believe in some BIOS have different names look for XD feature, NX or Execute Disable Bit feature, have to be around your power/energy options

Ok try this in your BIOS:
IOAPIC: Enabled
ACPI: S3
HPET: Enabled
EIST: Disabled
Execute Bit: Enabled
AHCI: Enabled

Read every single option in the bios, even the time , have to be there or... ·$%·$&%&
