The specs are an Core i3-350m, with Geforce 330M Optimus graphics.

I'm pretty sure those are supported and I can use this guide:

But my problem is the ethernet and wireless which are:
Atheros AR8151 PCI-E Gigabit Ethernet Controller
Atheros AR5B93 Wireless Network Adapter

I can't seem to find anything on these to get them working, and I really don't want to buy USB Ethernet and Wireless Adaptors.

So how can I get the wireless and ethernet working?
