Default Hackint0sh box off the shelf?

Is there a tower I can pick up off the shelf that I can buy that will be compatible with one of the "distro's"?
Which one/s and which "distro" Please.

    TIA

I would have bought a MacMini if it was upgraded today.

EDIT: I plan to hook it up to a 1080 42" Samsung TOC LCD, use it as a media server. Will need Blue Tooth, sound card,,, everything to work. Looking to spend about $500.

    Thanks again

@.@ I will just post here some system you can upgrade or remove some stuff, for prebuild computer I recommend you HP Pavilion Elite.

    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3
    Processor: Core 2 Quad Q9550
    Video: nVidia 8800GT 512 mb
    Memory: 4GB RAM DDR2
    Hard Drive: 500GB 7200 rpm + 300 GB 10000 rpm
    Power Supply 750/1000w
    DVDRW Serial ATA

    Mother Board:Intel DG31PR
    Processor:Intel® Xeon® CPU X3220 @ 2.40GHz
    Bus frequency:1.06 GHz
    Memory: 4GB RAM DDR2
    Video:Nvidia 8800GT 512 Mb
    Hard Drive: WD 500 GB 7200rpm + 500 GB 7200rpm
    Power Supply 1000w
    DVDRW Serial ATA

    And super cheap one

    Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-G31M-S2
    Processor: Core 2 Duo E2200
    Video: Nvidia 7300 GS
    Memory: 2GB RAM DDR2
    Hard Drive: 1x300GB 7200 rpm
    Power Supply 350/450w
    DVDRW Serial ATA

    New one

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD5 or MSI x58 Platinum or ASUS P6T Deluxe
    Processor: Intel Core i7 920
    Video: 9800 GTS
    Hard Drive: 500GB 7200 rpm + 5000 GB 7200 rpm
    Memory: 4GB RAM DDR3
    Power Supply 750/1000w
    DVDRW Serial ATA

The key here is the motherboard so you can change everything you want, but the mobo and be careful with the Video Card, read before trying to change it, and for bluetooth check the HCL

Do you think the GA-G31M-S2L will be compatible as this one. I don't find specification for the GA-G31M-S2. Probably a newer version of this motherboard.

Thanks for your response, I'm looking at this one. I'm not seeing the motherboard model how would I find that out?

    TIA

Edit: I deleted out the stock gateway system, it was not compatible.

That was the specs on a system from neweeg.

I ended up with the following.
    Mother Board: Intel DG31PR
Processor: Intel Pentium Dual Core e5200 (2.5GHz-2MB L2 Cache
Hard Drive: 500GB Seagate Barracuda Sata 7200RPM
    Graphics: nVidia GeForce 8400GS 512 MB DDR2
    2 GB RAM
    DVD: Sony DRU-842A

I thought that I read that I could do updates from Apple, I had most things working except sound and only one video resolution.
Anyway I lost PS/I mouse and keyboard support Is there anyway to fix it without starting over? I already moved some files I don't want to loose to that HD.

    Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: USB keyboard and mouse are working. I have not had a chance to check to see if everything else is working.
