    Default dv6000 hangs with Leo4Allv4.1

Anyone have any success with this family of hp laptops? Any pointers towards kexts or installation options would be helpful. I get all the way thru the installation but hang at the loading screen post-install.. verbose says its "waiting for root"

(Ive tried Kalyway 10.5.2 and now Leo4all .. both hang at same screen)

    specs:
    AMD Turion 64 x2 processor
    2GB DDR memory
    256MB NVIDIA GeForce Go 7200
    160GB 5400RPM SATA Hard Drive
LightScribe 8X DVD+/-RW with Double Layer Support
    Altec Lansing speakers built in
    3 USB ports, USB 2.0, ExpressCard/54 Slot, Video Out, Integrated Consumer IR, 1 RJ-11, 1 RJ-45

    Thanks in advance..

update: I was able to boot in -x (safe mode) but had no PS2 integrated mouse support.. Going to try with a USB mouse

Anyone seen any patches for the specs listed below?

    thanks..

Oh yeah Ive read something about the voodoo kernel before. Im about to download Leo4Allv5 but that might take a little bit, so, In the meantime can you tell me how I would go about installing the voodoo kernel? I have xp partitioned on my drive so I can edit all of the mac partition and install/boot-up files that way.. or just do it thru the root.

    Wheres voodoo?

    thanks
