To Disable, Or Not To Disable Jmicron
I am building a hackintosh on this motherboard: GA-EP45-DS4P:
GIGABYTE - Product - Motherboard - Specification - GA-EP45-DS4P (rev. 1.0)
In reviewing installation notes at the OSx86 wiki:
HCL 10.5.7 - OSx86
I've notice that users of similar mobos are sometimes enabling JMicron, while others are not. Does anyone know why this is the case? When would you enable, and when would you disable?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Looks like there were some issues with the Jmicron controllers. However, Jmicron appears to have rectified the problem with their B appended version. I have their C version, so I imagine it should work SOOB. My mobo floats a realtek 8111c.
Anyone who would like to confirm or negate, please add your comments to this thread so others can benefit.
I will eventually be putting together a comprehensive guide.
