Sorry if this question has already been asked a million times. I have had a Dell Mini 9 with OS 10.5.6 on it for several months. A few days ago, the battery stopped charging. There is no response when I plug the adapter in. Nor will it run with the battery taken out and the adapter in. I have bought a new battery, but that hasn't solved it. What might the problem be?

I have the same problem. The only thing I can think of, from what I read, is either you need to update the bios to A04 or higher, (should be A05 at least for sound to work properly anyway) or to take the netbook out of "Airplane Mode" which is usually a problem in Ubuntu. I am not sure how our hackintoshes have come to put themselves in such a mode, nor do I know how to get out of it unfortunately

For Hackint0sh you can try using the latest Voodoo Battery Kext and see if that helps. If you have a little coding background I would recommend fixing it via DSDT just download the ACPI spec. Hope this helps
