    Default Cd/dvd drivers req'd

Hello Chaps Running OSX 10.5.7 but just noticed that my cd/dvd drives don't work.they are recognised but when you put in a cd or dvd they just don't do anything.

then eventully get ejected also the dvd icon just say's no dvd device recognised.

im running an intel system and the name of my drives are
    TSST corp CD/DVDW SH-S183L &
TSST corp DVD +- RW TS-H653A

please can someone help me with drivers or kext or tell me how to get them to work.
if i switch to windows vista they work just fine.

    thankyou
