Building my first Hackintosh
Hi guys,
As you can see I'm new here! I've decided to build a hackintosh as recently my Macbook Pro died on me. I would just buy a Mac Pro but as a PC buff also, I'd love to build my own Mac!
Purpose
I'm building this machine as a production machine. I'm a producer who uses Logic on a day to day basis so I need a machine that performs well and is rock solid in terms of stability.
I have a budget of £1000 ($1500) so I wan't to use high end components.
CPU wise I want to go with an i7 as they are great!
All I really need know is are there stable drivers for i7 Based hackintoshs? So good motherboard support, DDR3 ect? If anyone here runs an i7 based hackintosh, does it rull well and is it stable?
Your feedback would be really appreciated
Thanks
