Default Building 1st Hackintosh, Any support for Mini ITX/Pica?

I'm looking at building my first Hackintosh and wondered if a mini itx/pica based system could be used? I've found info. on standard PC mobo support etc. but would very much like a tiny/passive solution.

    Appreciate any advice :-)
