Default Best Netbook/laptop for a hackintosh

    Hello,
I am thinking of getting a laptop for my mother, but I'm having a little issue with this. I want to get her an OS X machine, because I don't want her to deal with the problems that come with a windows machine. Since apple computers are fairly expensive, I was thinking about building a hackintosh. I was just curious about the best laptop for the job, I want to make sure that whatever I do this on will be reliable hardware wise, since OS X is taxing--- and I also want to make sure that it won't run into any problems, because if it does run into any, no traditional computer Helpdesk would be able to help her.

Hey Shinku, I just bought an hp mini 1035nr and got it to install with iDeneb v1.3 osx10.5.5. Having trouble with wifi but works great for jailbreaking the new 2g iPod touch. My recommendation would be this oil machine. Stuck with 60gb non ssd gets 2gb of ram. Pretty quick. Need help let me know!

So would you guys suggest a netbook or do you think a regular sized laptop would be better?
It seems to me that most laptops are able to handle OS X

I would really like to know your install process... I know it's been a while, but any chance you can help many of us out that are 700m survivors?
