Built-in Marvell Yukon Gigabit Ethernet Suppose to be working in 10.4.6 but its not working for me.

Prescott P4 3.0ghz CPU
Socket 478
Audio Works Great! (Realtek ALC850 8-Channel Codec)

***Marvell 88E8001 Gigabit Ethernet Controller*** doesn't work out of the box

Last time & first timed I tried osx was 10.4.3 back in Jan 20, 06 everything worked except built-in ethernet, luckily I have a PCI intel pro 10/100 but gigabit is preferred

Just used the Musashi Driver for marvell 8001 ..

Yep my rig with this motherboard is also working perfectly. The only thing needed was the adapted ethernet driver mentioned above.
The AGP Nvidia graphicscard is performing like a native OSX card on 10.4.9.

mark1970 - what version of agpgart are you using?!

saw your post over at x86dev and ppl wanna know!!

he has an ATI x1600, ATIdrnv or what ever it's called switches back to PCI when AGP acts stupid, so that means it shows as AGP but performs as PCI.. nothing new.

I have to go check.
It must be either one of these two, one of them didn't work and one did.

I would have to boot over to OSX to see which one it is and check the kext file. It makes my AGP act pretty much full speed, it is stated in the verbose boot!
I'll get back to you on this.
