Default Any Experience with Lenovo X200?

    Dear Sirs and Madams,

Has anyone tried to get OS 10.4 or 10.5x working on this notebook and had success (or negatively foreboding experiences)?

I checked the compatibility list linked under the title 'HCL' and didn't see anything to suggest panther or tiger might be workable on this notebook. Maybe I'm missing something..

I was hoping to purchase a IBM/Lenovo notebook with the aim of running Logic sporadically for work purposes. I realize this may be a longshot as far as running mac-exclusive, audio-editing software on a hackintosh set-up. OS 10.5 vs. 10.4 is really a non-issue for me. Apple notebook durability is untrustworthy in my experience, and I'd probably just run windows solely if I'm unable to work out an osx86 solution.

Does anyone have recommendations for a current Lenovo that might work?

Thank you in advance, and I would like to also apologize if this is an inappropriate first post at the site.

    Best--

Thanks very much for the information. I guess I will hold off on the purchase and wait to see if anyone comes out with drivers for the Mobility Radeon or Intel x4500 cards. Might just wait for windows 7 or something.
