Hi! I bought my wireless keyboard a couple of weeks ago and I had no trouble setting it up. However, a recent update suggested by Apple a couple of days ago, has had the side-effect of permanently asking me to update my wireless keyboard every time I start my Mac. This is especially annoying since I do it every time it asks me to, but it still keeps saying that I have to do it. Any suggestions?
    Regards

Do you know that you have a Bluetooth Keyboard? Do you have Bluetooth on your Hackintosh?

i just got this very aluminum keyboard.

I went to bluetooth setup in system preferences... and hit setup new device.
the aluminum wireless keyboard is turned on, blinking... the device shows in the list.
then I type the pairing code... and see that the keyboard appears in the bluetooth devices list... if I let the setup assistant continue its going to make the keyboard disappear from the list again... so I quit that one... and the keyboard is there in the list , and my hp dv9850 shows the keyboard when it is powered on, but disconnnects really often.

Still havent found out why it happens. the good thing is... they work when u type in the code,,,... and then stop... which means it cant be that big a problem.. Im not gonnna buy a stick just yet.
    any ideas?
