Lightbulb Acer Monitor to Radeon hd 2400

I have my new Acer Monitor P191w connected to radeon hd2400 pro on Kalyway 10.5.2 QE enabled all working etc... I can only get kalyway to load w/ vga/dvi connector ... when i go straight dvi to the dvi on card it loads bios info and grey apple load screen then says no connection (monitor message)

    Any suggestion would be appreciated!

    Hello,
I've been going through the same type of issues (actually have exact same hardware). Through my pretty extensive research on the subject it appears for some reason the kext's that the contributors have written/modified do not have DVI-OUT support into them... I know this makes no sense as you would think that the DVI out would function alongside the VGA output port also but it's just not that way I suppose.

I have read of a few individuals who said they have dvi output with thier install out of the box (with QE/CI) but I've not been able to repeat it myself yet through several different installs...
