Hey guys. I've bought a new iPhone and the inferior half of the touchscreen doesn't work. I've heard that this is a problem that does not have any solution, so I'll have to go to an apple store to return it and get another one. I've lost the receipt, and my question is, will they accept it without a receipt? I don't know, maybe because of it's serial number, wich contains the week it was manufactured.
Any help appreciated. Thank you

You don't need a receipt, they will know who bought it and when.
