Mine 3g firmware 3.0, is it does get rid of the msg, however no video output on the tv but has audio out on the the tv. using screenspiltr

Application test for the above includes: Youtube, ipod, TVU and AVplayer

I wish I could do some thing more constructive...LOL

I think these are a mixed of patched and originals....they should be labeled better so people don't have to jump through hoops to figure out what is what...

as far as I am aware they are originals...I found these on an ?Italian site....

Wie hier im Thread bereits zu lesen fragt das IPhone bei vielen Autoradios nach, ob es in den Flugmodus schalten soll und zwar jedes mal:

Kompatibilität zu Autoradio + Bluetooth

Bei meinem Pioneer DEH-P700BT kam die Meldung jedes mal wenn ich die Zündung einschalte. Also habe ich einmal ein wenig gegoogelt und eine Anleitung gefunden wie man die Meldung wegpatchen kann.

Die Anleitung beschreibt, wie man die Datei /System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/IAP.framework/Support/ipad patchen kann, damit diese Abfrage ausbleibt. Dort gibt es auch die gepatchte Datei für FW2.0.2 zum Download.

Habe mir mal die Mühe gemacht und die Firmware meines IPhones gepatched und siehe da, die Meldung ist weg!


Die angehängte Datei (FW Version beachten!) aus dem jeweiligen ZIP kann mit Hilfe von WinSCP in das entsprechende Verzeichnis kopiert werden:

/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/IAP.framework/Support

Vorher bitte die originale Datei sichern! Anschließende die Dateirechte auf 755 setzen und das iPhone re-booten.


ACHTUNG! - 24.11.2008: File für Firmware 2.2!
ACHTUNG! - 16.04.2009: File für Firmware 2.2.1!
ACHTUNG! - 20.06.2009: File für Firmware 3.0!

this is german. but this have nothing to do with your problem. the message says that this patched files eleminate the message "switch to airplane mode" when conect to several bluetooth car audio systems i.e. pioneer.

just patched the file. it seems that all run without any problems on my 3gs. youtube, springboard and so on.

ipod video out looks good. i have this cable:

I have tried Shahjahan's file on my 1G Touch. I have the same problem that others have reported, the video pauses after 15-20 seconds and I have to press the play button (but no popup, ya!)..

Marcus (mash.m) when you say you patched the file did you mean that you patched your original iapd or that you applied Shahjahan's patched file? If the former what patches did you apply?

hi, i used Shahjahan´s files. the video now plays about an hour without any problems.

Thanks for the reply Marcus. In that case Shahjahan could you post some documentation on the patches that you have made? Maybe the iapd files are slightly different for various models of Phones and Touches.
