recieved and unlocked my iPhone today.. everthing works well.. besides.. the vibration... Is this a known issue? Can i fix it by myself?

Im outside the US (germany)... does anyone know if Apple has a worldwide Warranty on Iphones so that i can go to a retail store and let them fix it under apples warranty?

If the vibration is not working, it is because the small motor that moves the imbalanced weight isn't working, or perhaps the weight fell off. (Do you hear any rattling?)

Apple doesn't have an international warranty program due to the fact that the iPhone isn't even on sale in countries other than the us.
