    Default [Unexpected Event] Newton was right, iPhone also can fall down.

    The top half of my iphone screen do not response to any touch after I fail it from about half a meter high.

    Please help.

    Proberly your conenctor lost contact, open the phone nad refit the cables. Be careful while performing this stunt!

    Oh, I have open the black cover and now going to open the white one. But where is the cables for the touch and the screen?

    When I take my iphone to some maintain place for iphone in China. Everyone told me that I should swap a screen in a price of about 1/3 of the whole phone without checking anything...

    Touchscreen cables are under the motherboard. You will have to remove 3 screws holding the motherboard on in order to reach them. They are a little difficult to plug back in because you have to do it with the bottom ribbon (to the ports) connected. The easiest way is to tilt the motherboard out from the top end.

    This is a very common problem and is usually a bad digitizer, so you will probably end up having to replace the entire LCD assembly.

    i've dropped my phone too many times. it looks like a war zone. also been driven over twice now. only thing now working is sometmes my external speaker doesn't seem to work but it looks like a loose connection b.c i sques my phone in near the speaker and it works fine.
