[TouchScreen] Bubbles under
Hi guys,
Did a quick search on the forum and didn't come across anything similar to my situation.
I've got a 1.1.1 OTB Jailbroken & Unlocked with AnySim. Had it for about 4 months now, it was purchased in the US and I'm using it in the UK.
Recently, there seems to be tiny bubbles popping up UNDER the screen. Initially it was only one bubble and was just in the corner of the screen so I ignored it. But as time passes more & more bubbles turn up. I now have 5 bubbles spread across my iPhone screen!
I Googled it and came across this:

It seems quite a few users have across this problem and there is a thread on the Apple Discussion Boards.

Seems as though Apple promptly replace any affected iPhones without a fuss!
HOWEVER,
My predicament is that I have a jailbroken, unlocked iPhone that has been purchased in the US.
If I walk into a UK Apple Store...will they replace my phone? Or tell me to bugger off! I'm planning to take my phone over to one tonight, but just wanted to gather some advice from you guys and your experiences. Is there anything I can do to make the whole process smoother and ensure I walk out of the Apple Store tonight with a new and (hopefully) working iPhone?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

I guess they will tell you to bugger off
Your iPhone has to be bought in UK to get it replaced in UK. And even if you manage to send it to US, to get it replaced in US, you have to have valid AT&T contract.

You don't need an AT&T contract to get it fixed/replaced...
