[Solution] Not charging and not recognized by iTunes
I hope this solution can help others, but this is all on you own risk!
I had a logic board wich didn't charge and wasn't recognized by iTunes. When i disassembled the iPhone, I saw there was a part (see picture) on the logic board that looked a bit fried.
When i touched it with a screwdriver, it fell apart. I've been looking on google to find out what kind of part this was, but couldn't find it. Only thing i found was that it's soldered on the logic board with 6 connections.
I decided to take a guess and scraped it clean with a little screwdriver, and put some soldering tin on it.
Seems it was the best guess of the day, because when i reassembled the iPhone it was chargin again and recognized by iTunes!!!!
I will try to post a picture later of what i looks like now, but my camera doesn't like the close up shots
Again, if you are going to try this be carefull because it also could go wrong!!!
