About LinkBackswell i dropped my 3g, and guess what the screen cracked, im thinking of just getting the screen replaced, but if i do that would the people at the genius bar know tat i gotten the screen replaced?

No, they would not know. There is a sticker on the motherboard that if removed, they would know, but removing this sticker is not necessary for replacing the screen.
