Problems with wall charger

I have problem with my wall charger. It can't charge my iphone, however it can charge without problems other iphones. My iphone can charge via notebook. Anyone have similar problem? Software is 2.0

is it a 3g iphone, is it an old style firewire charger? if so, there's the reason, 3gs cant be charged by firewire, only usb, if not, I don't know.

It's 2G iphone, and wall charger original from the box.

Any idea???
