[LCD] trouble requesting hardware repair online?

My touch screen doesn't respond at all.
I tried for "Request hardware repair or parts replacement " online，but in the issues list there was no choice about touch screen or iphone.（The choices are AC adapter，Dock，Cable，Stereo Headset）
Is that mean the screen can't be warranted?:(
What can I do？:confused:

iphone Service is only available in the country you bought it.
So basically, if you have a US iphone you can only service is within the US.
But, the good news, you do not need a contract as apple clearly states that no contract is needed for guarantee issues.

Because I have no contract,I'm afraid to be rejected if I go to apple store to repair ,"request hardware repair on line" seems easier,but the screen trouble isn't in the issue list,should I select randomly? For example I choose cable issue to shipback,but I send a screen issue iphone,is that ok?
