Fill-in Chip in LCD Glass?
A friend of mine just got an iPhone about a week ago and he already got a chip taken out of the screen. It's like a gouge in the glass, dead center on the screen.
I beleive it was caused by keeping his phone and his keys in the same pocket while biking.
When he showed me I thought it looked exactly like a chip in a windshield, which auto glass shops fill in quite easily every day.
Has anyone ever tried this? or is windshield glass so much different that this would not work? Or would it just end up looking "not quite right"?
