[Earpiece] volume very low, can barely hear anything

Did you actually move the little black cover? I.e. move it properly or just poke it?

did you actually stick the neddle into it lol?

I just poked the cover and tried to move it, it didn't move but sound came back to normal, one thing I noticed the sound on my iphone is not as good as the newer iphones, I'm acctually considering to sell mine and get me a new one!!!

What so flog yours... go to O2 get a new one and re-jailbreak it?

I could not hear anything in my phone when I held it to my ear. Speaker worked and headphones worked, just not the phone audio portion. Some people even did a restore to try to fix it, which I really didn’t want to have to do.

so the only method is to use the "poking" method?

does this consider as faulty earpiece from apple?

just afraid that after poking, it might tear the "screen covering the earpiece" or some holes will be visible...n worst, still not working...

still do not dare to try it...pls advise...

I had a similar problem but a reboot solved it for me.

a reboot or a restore??

u wear experiencing the same problem? besides the earpiece, does your speaker have any sound at that time? If no, it is not the same prob...
