3G Connector 3 seating !?

Hi,

I origanally opened my phone to change the wi-fi antena which turned out to be fine and apples software is buggy as hell =)

in the process i removed connector 3 and upon re-assembling i had no sound in ear piece, done so research and realised i may have broken the connector!

However today my Wi-Fi started to work!!!! so i thought ok al give Connector 3 another go... and the read it is such a hard ribbon to place back in!

how far in does it need to go as there is a White line with what looks to be an arrow pointing to it (i hope someone knows what i mean) but can i hell get it that far... it bearly gets past the lighter orange tip for the contacts.

???

anybody have any help for this at all ?

the ribbon needs to go in as much as it can so that you no longer see copper contacts on it. about 1-2mm from the white line to the top of the connector. your ribbon may have been damaged as well.
