    I have the exact same problem just that everything works fine. From the pictures I have seen of iphone dissasemblyes I would think it is the batteryor some button if you get any other info plz pm since this is bugging me thanks

    I get the sound when shaking up and down.
    Macbook 13.3 (2.2GHZ, 2GB Ram, Leopard OSX)
    Advent 3Ghz Pentium 4 Laptop (Windows XP)
    Phone History: Sony ericsson t20e: Motorloa v525: Nokia 7600: SOny ericsson k700i: sony ericsson k800i: Orange spvm3100 : sony ericsson w880i: Nokia n95: Apple iPhone (sold on ebay).
    currently using: old shitty blackberry till 11th July.

    My GF is making noises also when shaken in any direction

    It is definitely not the battery is it is literally glued in. The only parts that can get loose are the tiny screws that keep the side buttons in place from the inside. That is also the only area were they have enough space to move around and make audible noises

    i hw unlocked my phone, took it apart etc... and if you want me to have a look and take it apart for you i can do so for like £5 + postage and try fix the problem

    thanks, do you think this could cause a problem and should I open my iphone and tighten them, or just wait and if something happens then open my iphone thanks for your opinion.

    thanks but i think that I am just going to get the statefarm insurance for iphone ($30 a year) and i f something happens o well i get my $400 back
