    Hi all,

    I agree with tony604 on his post #13.
    I've seen a lot of iphone with differences in hardware architecture in the same version and qualities among them.
    The same reason doesn't always mean the same effect.

    @hachu: the reflow on a tsop ic isn't a good idea. They're not as resistent to heat as lbga or bga.
    Also removing the tsop with twezeers could result on lifting and damaging the traces that connect its pins.

    I'm sorry I cannot give more info or procedures about it.
    I have a patent in process for upgrade of memory capacity for iphone and ipods.

    Default Replacing nand in iphone 3g

    Thank you all for replying.

    We need more people to post and comment on this, I am seriously thinking about replacing the NAND in the 3g I have I just need more direction from experienced people.
