[Logic board] Got 3x 8GB LogicBoard getting hot and SW freezes

Hi,

I've got 3 Logic Boards which are getting very hot when connecting to the commboard (tried also different Commboards).
2 of them are working but are not flashable (error 1602 in itunes).

Probably the iphones where connected to wrong JBL station, USB charger etc. (like customers said)

Is there any known method to repair the logic boards (e.g. changing resistor) ?
Why doesn't Apple make the charging procedure save by using a fuse or something.

Thanks for any advice .... it's a shame to have those nice 200$ boards lying around.

I read some threats about changing a IC near CPU.
Does anybody have further information ?
