So no shit there I was in vegas...I set the phone on a towel on the chair and went swimming. I came back 20 minutes later to find the towel moved and phone not working...I took the case apart and it's dripping with water, so some jackass dropped my phone in the water, dried the exterior and put it back.

I turned it off let it dry for a few days and now it turns on and goes to the connect to itunes screen. I connect and it wants to restore, it starts restoring, the bar gets all the way accross on the phone while itunes says "preparing to install"...and it stays there for 1-2 hours and itunes errors out and says it can't restore. I've tried to quickpwn it (it was 2.2.1 firmware) and quickjpwn just crashes as soon as I plug the phone in.

I'm a windows user...don't have access to a mac...
Any ideas?

Can you put it in DFU Mode?
