Unhappy Iphone only charge when the battery is full drained

My first generation iPhone won't charge. I plugged it in a speaker dock for charge like everynight, but these night the electricity went out. The next morning when i woke up the iphone still without charge. Then I put in my computer and it doesn't charge too. I try to charge it with all of cables in my house (included a old first generation ipod nano) and with the speaker dock without a good result. When I put in the wall-charger or in a computer, it said was charging but after a lot of hours it still without charge.

I replaced the battery because the iPhone isn't on warranty and I tested it with a multimeter and it have 0.0 v in the old battery. After the battery replacement my iPhone works fine. The new battery was half charged and I put it on wall-charger. After a couple of hours the new battery was full charged and the iPhone works fine. But when the battery drained, I tried to charge and the phone doesn't charge again.

Actually my iPhone only charge when the battery is full drained, but everything works fine when it is charged. My computer recognized it, and when I plugged it keep the level of charge and shows the charging light but doesn't charge a bit. I tried restoring the firmware, upgrading, replacing the dock connector of the phone, a lot of different cables and docks and my iPhone won't charge.

Can my logic board or communication board have a fault? And how I can determine if the fault is in the logic or communication board? I read other post about logic board and battery faults but my IPhone don't get warm while is charging, it works fine except it doesn't charge and I like to determine where is the fault because this pieces are really expensive.

PD: The battery replaced it isn't the original one, but is a iPhone first generation replacement, it could be the problem?

    [UPDATED:]

Today, a friend lend me a iPod firewire cable and it doesn't charge my iPhone, too.
