Anyone ever experienced the "Iphone needs to cool down before you can use it" message after repair?



I got it when I tried to repair a dead logicboard, which looked like this



It is a water damage and parts and pcb from Battery circuit and vibrator vaporized. I was at least able to bring it back to life, but with the Temperature message. Nothing on the board is getting hot!

Is it probably wrong signalaling from battery (I already changed battery)...because I did not repair the missing parts, just the pcb-wires?

Any ideas what the origin of this message is?

Not really sure, does the iPhone use a thermosensor to detect this? If so, odds are that whatever toasted your board toasted the sensor too -- and you'd want to replace it.
