Can anyone tell me what's wrong with my iPhone? =(
I've tried almost everything to restore it.. but it won't boot at all.

I get the error message "The iphone could not be restored. An unknown error occured (1002)" when try to restore it using iTunes.

iPhone OS version (before restore/update): 3.x.x.. can't remember =(
OS Version: 10.6.8

In 99.999% of the cases where I see that combination of restore error code and details in the log file, this is a hardware problem that cannot be fixed by software.
Get it replaced under warranty if you can.

hi. i allso have a problem but let me fast try to solve yrzz go and downlod tinyumbreler it can help u. befor restoring fast run tinyumbreler and live it on and then restore but after dowloding it it my ask u for java go and downlod java too and istol it then run it

you may get itunes error while creating back up of iphone data while restoring iphone data. In this case you need to use an upgraded version of iphone to create iphone backup or you may use a third party tool to create backup of iphone data. and in the case you lose data from iphone you may go for iphone deleted file recovery using this backup file.
