Look around the jack number 4 (dock) on your motherboard if there is no fuse wich are gone. Compare with a motherboard picture of google.
This little fuse are verry fragile and sometimes they are broken or gone.
If it's not the problem I think it's a water damage (i get the same issue with 2 3G).
thank you but im just a newbie and i dont have any idea about the jack number 4, fuse? how does it look kike? can you share some specific picture.. that would greatly help me and also how can i fix this?
water damage? the indicator is red in color.. how can i fix this?
Merci!!

If the indicator is red then this is for sure water damage. You need to use a toothbrush and "acetone" in order to remove the oxydation of your motherboard, but you need to be verry careful with the toothbrush the little component are verry fragile.

does water damage on the dock area cause the iphone to reboot during restore? error 21 or 9...
