Hi there, as you all know the iPhone 3G dropped firewire support for charging, so the pins it occupied are no longer in use. Therefore the good old iPod pinout from
http://pinouts.ru/Devices/ipod_pinout.shtml is out of date. I'm after a new one, and was wondering if there are any yet - and if not, how to go about working out what they are. I've got a multimeter, and some dock connectors are on their way in the mail. But how does one work out what these pins are?
