[iPhone 2G] Defective LEDs, Move screen to right.
Case;
iPhone got dropped on a hard surface, screen survives, but.
left side of the screen all the LEDs are not responding, all greyed out, top till bottom about 1 inch. they respond to touch though.
So atm it has only 2/3 of the screen visible, and 3/3 touchable.
I tried Pixelchecker to perhaps flash them back to normal state, to no avail.
I thought about just moving the total area the iphone uses to the right so it does not put anything behind the covered up area, in fact 'zooming out' (putting 3/3 on 2/3 of the screen) and moving it a bit.
i fear this is technically not possible, as i did not find anything about this, but why not give it a shot?
Anyone else got ideas on this?
