Whitout any damage ?? No way. If you pry it, like all the instruction say you can do, it will always show. I bought a new back and studied it closely, i don't understand why the instructions tells us to pry each side instead of slide the back once the three screws are removed. Anyway... you have the link

Do not use anything metal to pry.
Guitar picks works great for separating the parts.
Be careful not to damage the speaker or antenna's at the bottom.
Use caution when removing the back to not damage the cable.

Go slow and steady, it should take you at least and hour to take it apart the first time. 10 min after that
8g 1.0 OTB HW-Unlocked (took it apart) on Rogers, take that Ted!

I follow the www.ifixit.com method, after all I managed to open it.
I used the can opener from a swiss army knife, and it was quite useful.
    Almost no damage....
