But which contacts would you interface with is the question.

Yeah, that's the issue. I heard GeoHot is working on it, but, as with any real hacking project, I wouldn't hold my breath.

    There is no easy way,
The precess involved is hard and expensive
desolder the Wireless flash memory PF38F1030W0yq2 ( 8x10mm chip 88 balls) put in flash memory reader Beeprog+ flash bootloader 3.9 from file, reball the chip and solder again, this is a process in plain simple words, obviously is not as easy as sound

the chip is 8x10mm and 88 balls, the programmer cost USD 1200 you will need socket adapter for the memory, you will nee reballing kit for the chip form factor (BGA88) and a reflow oven for desolder and resolder the chip.

I thought I would leave this information for the public, just in case they were looking for the same thing.

I have to say, I admire your persistence, but just out of curiosity, do you actually plan on going through with this?

If I can get $1200 for the reader/writer I would be guided the first couple times by a master electrician that I know. Hes been in the electrical field for over 35 years and was programming LED boards when they first came out, among other things. He can easily point me in the right direction.

Really, the limiting factor is the reader/writer. I;m research ways of finding a used one. Unfortunately, if I am able to do all of this, I can't contribute to the community through it. Maybe I'll find an economical means... but it will take time and research.

    So this means

"I need help from the community, but once i get what i need (information, help) i'll start doing money with this and won't share the knowledge here, sorry guys, money calls".

Don't expect to see helping hands here, after that.

Yeah yeah, i read your first post arrogant's "disclaimer".

On the topic of removing chips without damage, I've failed enough times that I earn the right to be arrogant to x_Q.
If he wants something to search about, he needs only three letters: B. G. A.

Personally, I find it amusing that his focus is on the wrong thing.

$1200 programmer as the limiting factor?
Bah, if you got an $100 FPGA and basic skills for it, that'll suffice. Heck, even I've done basic external memory read/write using a FPGA when I was in college. SDRAM and NOR arn't THAT different as long as you got a proper datasheet. Buy the socket, write the access logic for the FPGA, and you've got yourself a quickie one button press bootloader switcher.

The real problem? Getting the chip on and off the radio board RELIABLY, so that you can program it. One company that specializes in reflow repairs has already said they have a 84% success rate doing customer repairs. They're pros at this. 84%.

If somebody here offered to reflash the bootloader for your iphone even for free, but 1 in 5 iphones have their radio permanently bricked, how many offers will they get?

I don't know what your problem is, aside from being an idiot. But I was simply stating that if I was able to hardware unlock the phone, it wouldn't help the overall cause. A software unlock would be a utility in which everyone could use, therefor would be useful to the whole community.

If I get the hardware unlock working and someone lived near me (thats a member of this forum) I would be happy to have them over and unlock their phone.

Your so dumb and blind I merely pity.

My disclaimer is not arrogance; it up until now has kept idiots out of the conversation, which was its intended use. I don't need to be told that its difficult, I know that already, its a waste of time for everyone to state that. Its funny, you say use the search engine and be reliable yet, you discourage people from being independent and trying something for themselves.

Now this is arrogant: Its ok that your jealous of me.

Holy crap, jealous of what? That you're an arrogant, self-absorbed, dimwit with no regard for the advice of others? It's funny how you can pretend to act all civilized up until a point, then you crack and show your true colors. I strongly encourage you to try doing this hardware unlock. Not only will you waste your money and time, you will inconvenience your friend and brick your phone, I almost guarantee it. You want to be all high and mighty, only guy with the guts to do it? Then put up or shut up.

And, for the record, there is so much you could do for the community by doing this, as someone who is as well versed as you in BGA desoldering and low level hardware reprogramming surely knows, so don't give us that bullshit.
