hi ive allways thought my 3g gps was pretty decent.
my software is 3.1.3 with redsn0w jb, i have tried restoring etc.

recently i have done some internal repairs on my phone.
I have recently begun to start using GPS navigation again and i simply cannot experience the good signal quality i had before.

I never had trouble tracking before, but now using various different softwares i suffer signal issues in some street areas. (open spaces are fine).

The maximum signal in an open space using motion gps is green about 6 bars(70%) However in streets using turn by turn navigation i suffer severe problems. It use to be pretty good, is there a chance i have made some internal malfunction why inside my phone which has made my gps go bad?

any tips regarding this would be very helpfull as gps is unusable in city streets for turn by turn at the moment.

no ideas? anyone know what the copper thing in the bottom right corner which presses against the side of the bezel is for?

is it anything to do with conducting the gps to the bezel?
