Hi, I have been doing reverse engineering (software) for about 1 year now, and I want to move on to hardware hacking. I am familiar with programming (both hardware and software) and electrical engineering.

So my main question is, how can I extract the hex file from the microchip so that I can analyze it?

Are there any tutorials on how to do this? Also, which disassembler would be suggested?
