Have great trouble:

At first, i thought it doesn't turn on. But once I managed to go to restore mode and iTunes recognized it (screen is still black). Did a restore. After a restore heard a typical click sound ( mean's i'm at the screen with the globe - screen is still black)

Is the only remaining hope is to buy a new one ( cos i'm not in USA)?

P.S. I managed to jailbreak it (screen is still black).

SSH into your iPhone and do a screen capture (you'll need Erica's Utilities, just google it). If it comes up as anything other than a black screen, then you know your screen is dead. The best case scenario would be you seeing the home screen or something when you get the screen cap, as that means only your screen is fucked. If you get a black screen even when you do the cap, that could be a problem. In that case, your whole main board would be toast.

Now, I'm assuming you have already tried restoring multiple times, as that is pretty much what you should be doing even before you post on the forums. I'm also assuming that your screen is not working at all, meaning that it doesn't turn on for anything, no apple logo, no restore mode screen, nothing on the screen at all at any point. Also, is this an out of the box problem, or has it just started recently after owning the phone for a while?

I have a similar problem....all of a sudden....my screen goes white...while using the fone....i have noticed it usually does this as soon as there is a slight signal variation on teh signal bars....and after it goes white...i can hear the slide to unlock click etc...but i cant see anything....then i have to imagine the slide to power off key....or do a manual home and power reset button thing....after several attempts....it starts with teh apple logo.....any idea why?
