So i got my new iphone again and I turned it on then tried to put it into restore mode but it didn't do that and it just turned on again and I tried restore mode once again. Now it's permanently off. I did no unlocking or anything shit I think i'm going to apple again argh! Also the weird thing was the phone was already fully charged.

you should just take it back to the Apple store if you are not confident on the purchase. plus, the phone usually comes charged, mine was at least

Exact same issue happened to me. Don't know if it was because of a software problem, or hardware issue. Went to Apple, and they gave me a new brand phone... but only after shoving a huge sign in my face about Apples policy regarding unauthorised software.

yeah me too they said "we can't normally do this" and before that they said "well you can return it as open box" I said hell no this is stupid give me the phone i paid good money for it and finally after about 30 minutes they let me have it.
