Question Display Stop Showing After Disassemby

    Hello all,
I was replacing a LCD Screen on a 2G iPhone. After re-assembling the phone the screen does not show. I connect to my pc and it was detected, but nothing on LCD Screen.

    How do I fix this?

    Thank you.

This is most likely because the screen was not properly installed. You should take the phone back apart and ensure all of the connections are sound. If everything is properly connected, you may have purchased a defective LCD screen?

I would check the cabling. If both screens are not working, it's possible you may have damaged the connector that the screen is connecting to, or may have accidentally knocked another cable connected to the same area. It sounds like you've done this a lot before so it's a long shot, but if it's not a defective piece of equipment, then it has to be a connection issue of some sort or another. Since you've tried multiple screens, it's possible that there is hardware damage that is impacting the connectivity.
