I have a 8GB iPhone that is 1.1.2 OTB unlocked. I use a Agent 18 case and a anti-glare screen cover on it.

I recently knocked my phone off of my desk onto hardwood flooring. I then noticed that the bottom part of the touchscreen sometimes does not work, depending on what I'm trying to do.

I have already restored the phone, but with no go.

Is that a symptom of a messed up digitizer?

hmm... if it started after the fall i'd say yes.

Try restoring and if it stays that way, take it to apple.
Afaik they had a lot of probs like that...
