I have a US iphone unlocked running 1.1.2 in the UK, everything has been fine until now. when i plug into wall charger or computer it will not charge at all! Any way to sort it or get apple UK to replace battery?

im no genius but maybe..

you could replace the battery, if you want to do this go to www.pdaparts.com and go to iphone -> then click on battery or battery replacement or something like that and on the bottom there will be a very good and clear video on how to replace the battery, from the video the battery is quite easy to replace but soldering is needed..

i dont think apple uk will take your phone back unless you virginise it..
